Limited Warranty

• 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from delivery date.
• Excludes: Normal wear, improper installation, misuse, alterations, collision, labor/shipping, customer-supplied materials.

If a defect is verified, Upholstery Of Chicago will repair or replace the component at our discretion.

Delivery Claims

• Report shipping damage, missing, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.
• Retain all packaging and provide clear photos when submitting a claim.

Returns

• All sales are final due to custom nature.
• Returns only for verified manufacturing defects (request within 10 days of delivery).
• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
• RMA required prior to return; 20% restocking fee applies; return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
• Returned items are inspected; unauthorized returns may be refused.
